About The Role
Are you passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience and making a tangible impact? As a Human Resources Coordinator at JumpCloud, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey. This position provides essential administrative and operational support across various HR functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees. Our HRC team is the first point of contact for HR operational queries, providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and requests via various channels.
As an HR Coordinator, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, including:
- Working closely with talent attraction on coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with offer letter drafting.
- Administer all aspects of the onboarding process, including new hire communications, employment agreements, IT equipment coordination, live session scheduling, new hire buddy tracking, and accurate systems and records maintenance, ensuring a successful first day for all future JumpCloudians.
- Ensure timely tracking of our probation period, schedule evaluations, follow up with managers, update dashboards, manage the extension process, and maintain records and content guides.
- Process employee lifecycle changes in ADP (hire, promotions, merit adjustments, terminations).
- Manage communications, coordinate laptop retrieval, liaise with Payroll for final payments, facilitate exit interviews (Culture Amp).
- Support Benefits Administration, including managing the benefits lifecycle (renewals, enrollment, terminations), unemployment claims and assisting with parental leave management.
- Support HRBPs with Employee Relations cases in accordance with HR policies and procedures, best practices, and employment legislation.
- Contribute to Compliance & Audit Management, conducting process and data audits, supporting internal and external compliance (e.g., benefits, policies, HR operations).
- Support the analysis and reporting on HR metrics, delivering scheduled and ad-hoc reports, supporting People dashboards, and performing workforce data analysis.
- Support Employee Engagement initiatives, managing new hire/parent swag & and internal employee communications (birthdays, announcements).
You Have
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and proactive attitude.
- Analytical-critical thinking, keen attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and performing assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization, including Senior Management.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in all communications.
- Proven experience maintaining confidentiality of assignments due to exposure to sensitive information and contacts.
- High level of proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
- HRIS experience is a plus, or a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple systems.
