Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in an HR or similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive attitude are essential. A working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures, coupled with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment are required. Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office is necessary, and HRIS experience or strong technical aptitude is a plus.

Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions, acting as the first point of contact for HR operational queries. Key responsibilities include assisting with talent attraction by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications, administering the onboarding process, and tracking probation periods. The role involves processing employee lifecycle changes in ADP, managing benefits administration, supporting HRBPs with employee relations cases, and contributing to compliance and audit management. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will support HR metrics analysis and reporting, and assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
