Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of HRBP experience and 7+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred. They must demonstrate proven innovation and diversity of thought in achieving company human capital goals, and possess exceptional listening and communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to assigned department leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related initiatives, including workforce planning, compensation strategy, recruitment, and employee engagement. They will lead the end-to-end execution of key talent initiatives and programs, address complex employee relations issues with urgency and integrity, influence and advise leaders, analyze people trends, and provide actionable strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
