Responsibilities

This role involves managing job postings, actively sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, evaluating resumes and backgrounds, coordinating background checks, collaborating on hiring processes, and maintaining consistent communication with school leadership to facilitate smooth onboarding and staff integration. Additionally, the specialist will provide general human resources support, address HR-related concerns, and participate in team meetings to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals.
