Responsibilities

The HR and Executive Assistant will coordinate senior management calendars, schedule appointments, prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, manage travel arrangements and expense reports, handle high-level correspondence, oversee new-hire onboarding and contract creation using Employment Hero, maintain employee records, assist in drafting HR guidelines and policy documents, reconcile timesheets, coordinate with finance teams, organize filing systems, assist in planning events, provide operational support on projects, stay updated with employment legislation, oversee employee data integrity, and identify process improvements.
