Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, exceptional organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities. Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide proactive, thoughtful support to executives on both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, acting as a central point of coordination between departments and ensuring cross-functional alignment. They will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, protect executives’ time by prioritizing commitments, and coordinate multiple projects, including onboarding and org charts. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, plan and execute team events, and collaborate with other Executive Assistants on cross-functional projects, potentially requiring up to 25% travel.
