Candidates must possess a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Rewards Specialist or in a similar role. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience is acceptable. Required expertise includes advanced Excel data analysis with complex formulas and large datasets, data storytelling for presentations and dashboards, familiarity with HRIS like Oracle and Workday, knowledge of market pricing methodologies, understanding of complex organizational structures and international compensation practices, familiarity with compensation laws such as FLSA and EEO, and knowledge of compensation theories, job evaluation, and leveling techniques.
The Compensation Analyst III will lead and assist in the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and administration of compensation programs and projects. Responsibilities include administering and monitoring compensation programs for assigned clients and regions, providing consultation and guidance on compensation matters to HR partners and managers, analyzing labor and market data to assess competitive positioning, developing recommended actions based on findings, creating advanced financial models, performing statistical analysis, preparing reports and presentations, researching and assessing the impact of new regulations, and supporting merger and acquisition integrations.
