They should possess a strong ability to hire at scale and demonstrate a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a startup mentality. Familiarity with using Google spreadsheets and transitioning to software for recruitment processes is essential.
The recruiter will own the hiring pipeline by increasing the flow of high-quality candidates through job boards and outbound sourcing. They will refine and scale hiring processes in partnership with Field Operations, ensure candidates have an efficient and positive interview experience, and deliver on hiring goals through high volumes of phone screens. Additionally, they will embody and promote a culture of hospitality, support people-related activities like offer extensions and onboarding, and document processes and updates effectively.
