The Home Health Recruiter - Clinical recruits qualified applicants for staff nurse or other positions requiring registered nurse licensure, licensed practical nurse, or graduate nurse positions. Investigates sources and determines marketing approach.

The Home Health Recruiter work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Home Health Recruiter coordinates in-house recruitment efforts. Interviews candidates and refers them to appropriate clinical service. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Multi Site Healthcare Recruiter, you will:

  • Be responsible for effectively recruiting PT/OT/RN clinical associates, administrative, clinical management positions within an assigned territory.
  • Have over 50+ openings to recruit for throughout an assigned territory.
  • Analyze the job market, forecast employment needs, develop an annual recruitment plan to support planned/current hiring activity and ensure adherence to company staffing objectives.
  • Implement approved recruitment strategies. Must be adept at sourcing passive candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions.
  • Maintain resume files for future employment possibilities.
  • Conduct phone interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Refer qualified candidates for additional interviews and ensure that interviews are conducted as appropriate.
  • Analyze interview results, extend job offers as appropriate, and document acceptance/non-acceptance.
  • Must have experience in metrics driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Minimum of five years of recruitment experience
  • Must have Home Health Clinical recruitment experience
  • Current/recent multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience
  • Current/recent experience recruiting in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, computer, communications, and presentation skills
