Thriveworks is currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This position has been created to work with the Clinical Talent Team to fulfill hiring priorities and report to our Director of Talent. This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with experienced clinical professionals to staff and help grow our thriving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates' resumes and verified qualifications.
  • Identify high-priority openings and work to source candidates accordingly by utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
  • Conduct 25 - 30 interviews per week and determine the best fit across Talk Therapy.
  • Follow up and close on offers, then assist with onboarding.
  • Utilize WorkDay ATS software for tracking candidates in real time.
  • Fill 4 - 5 TT hires per week per recruiter.

Requirements

  • Professional and articulate communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced professional recruiting role.
  • Ability to work full-time (8:00 am-5:00 pm) with schedule flexibility.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Positive attitude and teachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding a sense of urgency.
  • Organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years of Experience with Recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Experience with G Suite software.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
