Responsibilities

The Helpdesk Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems using remote support tools. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing helpdesk tickets, addressing hardware malfunctions and software issues to minimize downtime, and escalating tickets as needed. The role also involves maintaining IT documentation, collaborating with other IT team members on complex issues and projects, tracking IT assets and licenses, and adhering to established security policies and procedures.
