Candidates must possess over 15 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in product management and commercialization within the digital health, clinical informatics, or healthcare AI sectors. Required skills include extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, a strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), clinical systems (EHR, PACS/RIS), and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. Expertise in AI toolchains (Triton, TensorRT), agent frameworks (MCP, LLM planning), inference pipeline optimization, and analyzing AI platform economics (TAM, workload sizing, GPU utilization forecasting) is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a related technical field, experience with regulated AI workflows (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11), proven success in driving developer adoption of AI services, and familiarity with accelerated data processing like database vector search.
The Healthcare ISV Global Developer Lead will coordinate the development of digital health solutions by integrating NVIDIA's healthcare stack into the ISV ecosystem.
