About NVIDIA Healthcare

At NVIDIA, we’re reimagining the healthcare stack for the healthcare market—from ambient intelligence and agentic workflows to patient engagement and clinical decision support acceleration. We partner with ISV developers building the future of digital health: intelligent EHRs, real-time clinical agents, personalized care models, and scalable infrastructure. This isn’t about AI alone—it’s about rebuilding the operating system of healthcare with purpose, precision, and performance.

We need a passionate, ambitious developer who has a sharp vision for the agentic stack of tomorrow—and wants to help the ISV community build it. Join us in shaping what’s next.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the development of digital health solutions by orchestrating multiple product teams and initiatives, ensuring the flawless integration of NVIDIA’s forward looking full healthcare stack into the NVIDIA Digital Health ISV ecosystem.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and implement product roadmaps that align with our ambitious vision.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by strictly monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the digital health ISV space.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, achievements, and deliverables, to successfully launch new ISV products in the market.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages idea-sharing, teamwork, and mutual respect among all team members.
  • Collaborate with partners, both internally and externally, to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with ISV and customer needs that exceed their business goals.

What We Need to See

  • 15+ years overall experience with 10+ years of experience in product management and commercialization within the digital health, clinical informatics, or healthcare AI sectors.
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), clinical systems (EHR, PACS/RIS), and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI toolchains (Triton, TensorRT), agent frameworks (MCP, LLM planning), and inference pipeline optimization.
  • Outstanding business insight in analyzing AI platform economics, including estimating TAM, sizing workloads, and forecasting GPU utilization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, skilled at promoting alignment across engineering, product, BD, and ISV partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Ways to Stand Out

  • An advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) in computer science, biomedical informatics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with deploying regulated AI workflows (e.g., HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) in clinical production environments.
  • Proven success in driving developer adoption of SDKs, APIs, or hardware-accelerated AI services within complex healthcare stacks.
  • Familiarity with accelerated data processing efforts such as database vector search.
