Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in web, growth, UX, or digital product roles within B2B SaaS. A proven track record of owning web performance, conversion optimization, and experimentation is essential, along with experience leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and UX/content professionals. Strong technical acumen, comfort with CMS/stack decisions, and familiarity with AI design and prototyping tools, personalization platforms, A/B testing, and analytics platforms are also required.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for paddle.com and other digital surfaces, balancing brand storytelling, product clarity, conversion, and speed. The Head of Web will own end-to-end performance, from traffic through to key actions, and lead a cross-functional web team to rapidly test and iterate UX, copy, and layouts using AI design and prototyping tools. Responsibilities also include building seamless journeys for self-serve and sales-led visitors, collaborating on content and messaging, driving continuous improvements to conversion rates through experimentation and CRO, and leading dev resources to ensure site speed, stability, and scalability. Additionally, the role involves implementing AI-based personalization frameworks to increase relevance and outcomes.
