Requirements
Candidates should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree, along with a strong understanding of poultry science and diagnostic techniques. Significant experience in a leadership role within a technical services or diagnostic laboratory environment is required, ideally within the animal health industry. Proven ability to manage and develop teams, coupled with strong financial management skills, is essential.
Responsibilities
The Head of U.S. Poultry Technical & Diagnostic Services will align technical resources with sales strategies, lead and coach a team of technical service veterinarians and diagnostic lab personnel, manage the Diagnostic Lab's strategy and direction, provide scientific and field force support, enhance Zoetis's professional image, collaborate with marketing and sales teams on technical material, manage the P&L for the teams, and ensure the Diagnostic team aligns with business strategies while developing and growing colleagues.
