Job Description: Sales Manager (LATAM)

Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's expansion in the global payments market.

About Our Client

Our global client is a leader in the payments/fintech industry, providing API integration globally and supporting a wide array of local payment methods. They uphold high standards of compliance and security.

This position is fully remote and based in LATAM countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, merchants, and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development.
  • An advanced level of Spanish and English is required.
  • Travel is necessary.
