Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-15 years of experience with direct Digital and Embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients, an MBA is desirable, and a B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering degree is required. They should have a demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota achievement upwards of 5-10M and Large Account Management, along with experience working at an offshore services company in the Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, and Mobility domain and cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities

The Head of Sales will be responsible for hunting and prospecting new accounts, growing existing clients with design centers in the western region outside the bay area, running the complete sales process including client communication, presentations, proposal creation, and negotiation, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, developing strong relationships with VP & CXO level executives, and engaging customers in Embedded/Software/Digital services. They will also manage a sales team (preference for an inside sales team), and travel up to 30% of the time within the UK and Benelux regions to foster business expansion and maintain client relationships.
