Deep expertise in Salesforce and revenue tooling is required, along with strong analytical skills in areas like cohort models, CAC payback, magic number, and GTM funnel conversion math. Exceptional communication skills and a bias for action are also necessary.
The Head of Revenue Operations will design, build, and scale the systems, insights, and operations that support the sales engine. This includes designing and optimizing sales workflows and forecasting models, driving data hygiene and insights across Salesforce, leading performance analysis and enablement, and managing GTM team onboarding and compensation. They will also own the GTM tech stack, build scalable workflows, maintain dashboards and reporting, and run strategic planning cycles.
