Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation within the software industry, 5+ years of progressive management experience with a team of 10+ Marketing and MOps professionals, and experience managing a $5M-$10M program budget to generate $50-$100M in new business pipeline. They should have experience marketing technical products to engineers and technology executives, supporting Enterprise and PLG GTM motions, and experience in a scale-up environment with $50M-$500M ARR. Fluency in Marketo and Salesforce is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Preference is given to candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about AI development are also essential.
As the Head of Revenue Marketing, the individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive growth in qualified opportunities and pipeline within the Target Account List, supporting sales teams in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaigns and allocate budget, partnering with Product Marketing and Sales to design and execute integrated ABM campaigns, partnering with Data Science to improve lead collection, and partnering with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity and funnel definitions. The role will also involve experimenting with new channels and content, hiring and managing a team of Demand Generation, Marketing Ops, and Event & Field Marketers, and supporting SDRs for campaign execution and lead handoff to increase conversion from MQL to SQL.
