The Head of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and growth for Sweed’s cannabis retail platform. This includes managing the product roadmap for the customer acquisition team, conducting market and customer research, defining product features, prioritizing the product backlog, and analyzing product performance to make data-driven decisions. Furthermore, the role involves managing the daily operations of the product team, including hiring, motivation, and performance management, and collaborating with the development team and CEO to align product development with business and user needs.
