Position Overview

Headway is on a mission to build a new mental health care system that everyone can access. We have developed software that connects people with therapists, creating a national network of providers who accept insurance. We aim to make therapy affordable and accessible by simplifying the process for therapists to accept insurance and grow their practices.

As a Product Marketer on our Provider team, you will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of our provider products. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will support product marketing initiatives for our providers, contributing to a world-class go-to-market engine. You will represent the voice of the customer internally and collaborate across teams to drive marketing campaigns, launch new products, and enable our growth team to effectively market and sell our provider product.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on a subset of our provider product, developing a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Lead and support product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners including product management, marketing, communications, design, enablement, clinical, sales, customer experience, and operations.
  • Drive and support provider positioning and messaging, including persona development, to enhance the quality of our growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within health tech with a focus on SMBs.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a strong focus on building relationships with both internal collaborators and customers.
  • Proven track record of driving quantifiable results.
  • A desire to work in an environment that fosters individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy.
  • A proactive approach to tackling the unknown, seeking opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges, acquire new skills, and drive towards solutions.
  • Motivation to make a significant impact on a defining problem of our generation: accessible mental healthcare.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $108,800 - $160,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and location)

Additional Compensation: May include performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant.
