Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager or Manager is required. Applicants should have knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering. Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

The Head of Payroll & Comben will design and successfully deliver HR transactional processes while leading the progression of the function and broadening the scope of services provided. They will ensure an effective back-end operation with seamless collaboration with inter-departments and external bodies, providing excellent HR service to employees. Major activities include maintaining confidentiality and ensuring security of personal and company data, developing commercially relevant and legally compliant HR policies, leading and coaching the HR Operations team, managing pay rates, evaluating job positions for salary alignment, designing benefit schemes, managing employee salary component updates, and overseeing employee travel and accommodations services.
