Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of experience in partner program management, strategy, or related roles. They should demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial licensing models, and the ability to build and manage P&L statements. Experience in the SaaS or AI industry is highly preferred, along with proven executive-level influence and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

The Head of Partner Programs & Strategy will define and articulate a clear vision for Writer’s global partner program, design and launch impactful programs with incentives, lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams, support GTM, marketing, and sales efforts, create partner-facing materials, manage the full partner journey, establish performance tracking, and lead the feedback loop to continuously improve the program roadmap.
