Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and own the “people strategy” in DP South/North to build an engaged and motivated culture adapting to hybrid/office environments, technological platforms, and work complexity
  • Act as a highly visible and connected leader communicating a compelling vision of culture, people, and business strategy
  • Develop and build a strong team empowered to deliver increased ownership as the business grows
  • Enhance employee engagement through clear communications, open feedback culture, continual improvement, and shaping employee value proposition/colleague experience aligned with company objectives
  • Work with Operations SMT to design and evolve a dynamic operating model delivering customer demands
  • Drive delivery of challenging commercial targets protecting long-term value, ROIC, and enabling shortest/most affordable debt resolution for customers
  • Ensure service and delivery of fair customer outcomes through all contact points and channels
  • Manage effective controls and risk for customer-facing teams to mitigate detriment, escalate issues, protect reputation, and minimise risk
  • Ensure internal operations teams are appropriately resourced, trained, and managed to meet current and future business/customer needs
  • Transform the operation by proactively identifying solutions and ideas to enhance how teams work with customers for long-term commercial value
  • Work closely with Cabot teams to ensure operations are flexible and structured for future demands
  • Develop a network across Cabot Europe, MCM India, and US to share best practices and leverage insights for leading-edge collections execution
  • Collaborate with Head of Customer Experience to identify and deliver consistent performance improvements
  • Champion a progressive culture of development empowering colleagues to maximise performance and careers
