Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of operations and team management experience within a fast-growing company, with a proven track record of operational excellence and consistent high performance. Experience in B2C or B2B business development is a plus. The ideal candidate demonstrates a competitive nature, a bias for action, insatiable curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to different levels of tasks, from hands-on work to executive presentations. Responsibilities
