Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in a B2B operations setting. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or operations research, or a Bachelor's degree in behavioral science with statistics skills is required. Excellent SQL and strong Python scripting skills are essential. Previous experience building workforce management, capacity modeling, or production planning systems is necessary, along with familiarity with operations research and supply chain management concepts. Strong communication, autonomy, ownership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will develop and share insights to impact Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. They will build production management and capacity planning systems, and define data language including KPIs, dashboards, and measurements. The role involves facilitating rapid decision-making through ad hoc analysis or by democratizing data via BI tools and user-friendly explores. Additionally, the analyst will utilize data to reduce ambiguity, solve problems, and mentor other analysts.
