The ideal candidate is eager to be involved in project details despite a high-level role, demonstrates an interest in data and quantitative problem-solving, and can adapt quickly to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities. A positive attitude, team-based mentality, excellent collaboration skills, and comfortability in a fast-paced environment are also required.
The Head of Customer Success will manage a team of 8-10 individuals supporting Vetcove's largest manufacturer partners, assisting in the development, implementation, and effectiveness of various initiatives. This role involves traveling up to 25% to clients for in-person business reviews and strategy sessions to build strong trust. Responsibilities include gathering feedback to inform commercial strategy and development priorities, outlining and reviewing client-facing materials such as proposals and QBRs, and continually iterating on team processes to optimize performance. Regular account reviews will be conducted to set achievable goals and assess performance across accounts.
