Develop effective forecasting models and tools, guidance, and communication tools that drive key business processes, Forecasts, Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and Board of Director & Executive Leadership
Advise and participate in the Pricing Council, ICP Process (Market Mapping, Market Outlook), Segmentation, Targeting, SIC planning, SF Sizing
Accountable for development of patient methodologies and monthly reporting for all BUs to ensure efficient and robust reporting on market and patient numbers and shares
Lead and innovate the Patient focused strategy by ensuring that Patient Journeys are at the center of key business priorities
Lead strong partnership with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure robust data (primary and secondary) collation and dissemination
Lead the development and execution of consistent and focused business reporting, integrating both key Performance Outcome Metrics and integrated with Key Business Execution Metrics
Develop guidance and alignment across markets on key customer and market dynamics to inform strong business planning assumptions and increased predictability and understanding of business outcomes
Drives integrated performance reporting and customer engagement analytics leveraging innovative tools and channels
Deliver high quality and consistent market research
Lead Customer Journey Mapping projects to ensure Customer Engagement Strategy and Customer Experiences plan are informed by critical interaction points and critical patient needs in the customer journey
