This is a full-time position.
The role involves leading the development of Savings & Retirements strategy, executing new business plans, developing market-leading client relationships in the UK, delivering new business volume, and making high-quality decisions on transactions.
The role is responsible for delivering new business in longevity, funded reinsurance, and other Savings and Retirements products in the UK market.
The role holder is expected to develop a culture across Savings & Retirements consistent with Pacific Life Re's target culture and the company’s Principles and Behaviours, while ensuring staff remain highly engaged.
The incumbent will be supported by an AVP Client Solutions and is expected to lead as a key member of the Client Solutions Leadership team, with experience in sales, client relationships, structuring, and executing transactions in the UK market.
