The Head of Channel & Strategy Operations should possess a strong understanding of channel growth strategies and operational excellence, with a proven track record in driving revenue and profitability. Experience in healthcare, particularly within the digital health or benefits space, is highly desirable, along with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role involves developing and executing channel service models to drive revenue generation and operating margins, reporting on key financial and operational metrics, overseeing channel enrollments, ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations to payer partners, and owning the team's day-to-day functioning and performance. The Head of Channel Strategy & Operations will also be responsible for building out scalable processes within the Channel Growth team, collaborating with other Growth teams, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Legal to resolve issues and foster effective collaboration.
