Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries for data analysis. They should have proven experience in creating user-friendly guides and training materials, managing or supporting system implementations and integrations for enterprise clients, and designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is essential. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work independently, and fluent English writing and speaking abilities. Prior experience working remotely is considered a plus.
The HCM Onboarding Analyst will partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementations, from discovery to sign-off. Key duties include performing data migration, cleansing, and validation activities, translating customer needs into technical requirements, and mapping current processes to system requirements. The analyst will support integration projects, configure the HRIS system according to client needs, and create customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides. They will also develop UAT plans and test scripts, ensure a smooth handover to business-as-usual teams, and support hypercare periods.
