Responsibilities
Supervise Employees: Ensure employees perform all job duties as directed by management, providing coaching and constructive feedback
Guest Interaction: Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Safety & Operations: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintain proper cash levels
Store Maintenance: Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Guest Service Programs: Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Cash Handling: Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks (where applicable)
Inventory Management: Replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions
Guest Inquiries & Complaints: Address inquiries and complaints from guests
