Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • 1-2 years of Field Services experience (plus)
  • Technical and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MRI, X-RAY, and CT basics
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently or in a group
  • High work standards and quality
  • Ability to take initiative and be motivated
  • Valid driving license
  • Plans and organizes work effectively
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion

Responsibilities

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instructions
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times
  • Maintaining administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
  • Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated
  • Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety, and/or other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Managing vendors’ service delivery processes in compliance with GE HealthCare policies
  • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis
  • Identifies Sales opportunities, communicates to account team and assists in Account Sales visits
  • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area
