The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Technical Support, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is preferred, along with experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, particularly Salesforce administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders, are also required.
This role involves supporting and maintaining day-to-day GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring data integrity and resolving duplicates. The GTM Systems Analyst will build and maintain data pipelines and automations using SQL and scripting languages, manage and optimize core GTM tools, collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and implement solutions, create and maintain reports and dashboards for performance insights, document systems and processes, proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies, and participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives. The role also includes supporting ongoing systems maintenance and upgrades, and maintaining a high degree of ownership and adaptability in a remote environment.
