Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Sales roles at a B2B SaaS business, and a background in engineering is preferred. They should be proficient in Python, including libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, and Pydantic, as well as JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Familiarity with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, VertexAI, Perplexity, MCP, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, Slack, and Twillio is also required.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer, GTM AI will build internal and customer-facing tools to accelerate the GTM motion using AI, collaborating with GTM teams to understand needs and rapidly prototype solutions. They will work with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Enablement to deploy and refine tools based on metrics, iterate on tools based on user feedback, apply software development best practices, create reusable code libraries, and collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to leverage customer usage data. Additionally, they will create documentation and ‘run-books’ for productionized solutions and work with stakeholders to drive efficiency and productivity in a modern GTM environment.
