Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools are essential, along with experience in customer success or customer operations.
As a GTM Strategy and Operations Manager - Customer Ops, you will lead day-to-day operations and long-term planning for post-sale teams including Customer Success, Support, and Implementation, encompassing coverage models, performance metrics, and capacity planning. You will serve as a strategic partner to Customer Success leadership, solving problems, building scalable processes, and bringing structure to complex decisions. Additionally, you will own the customer business cadence, leading renewal reviews, risk forecasting, and QBRs, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, and GTM Ops to ensure a seamless customer experience. Finally, you will deliver insights from data to improve NRR, reduce churn, and drive customer satisfaction, and lead high-impact initiatives to optimize customer operations.
