Own full-cycle recruiting: source, engage, and close top-tier talent for Sales and Customer Success roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Support)
Ensure a stellar candidate experience from first touch to close
Be the go-to expert for all things GTM recruiting, taking full ownership of results and driving continuous improvement across the funnel
Build tight, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
Create proactive sourcing strategies and leverage multiple channels to build a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
Help define and refine interview processes that are structured, efficient, and inclusive
Track and report on hiring metrics, offering regular updates and insights
Represent Topline Pro with authenticity and enthusiasm in the NYC talent market
