Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting: source, engage, and close top-tier talent for Sales and Customer Success roles (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Support)
  • Ensure a stellar candidate experience from first touch to close
  • Be the go-to expert for all things GTM recruiting, taking full ownership of results and driving continuous improvement across the funnel
  • Build tight, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
  • Create proactive sourcing strategies and leverage multiple channels to build a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Help define and refine interview processes that are structured, efficient, and inclusive
  • Track and report on hiring metrics, offering regular updates and insights
  • Represent Topline Pro with authenticity and enthusiasm in the NYC talent market
