Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Sales, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology startup
  • A proven track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent at various levels
  • Experience coaching, advising, and consulting hiring managers, guiding them through the recruiting process to ensure they keep talent density top of mind
  • Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and guiding hiring managers in creating inclusive teams
  • Outstanding communication, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills
  • A team player mentality and a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the Sales organization
  • Own the recruiting process from sourcing through successful close, ensuring that candidate experience is thoughtful and intentional every step of the way
  • Drive the diversity and inclusion strategy forward (IDEA), with a heavy emphasis on sourcing candidates from under-represented backgrounds
  • Ensure scalable & structured hiring plans for all roles, ensuring consistent and objective evaluation and assessment processes
  • Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process while acting as their advisor and advocate
  • Build processes and programs that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, People Partners, and Executive Operations
