Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. They should have at least 5 years of experience in a GTM or Analytics role, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer operations data. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo is essential.

Responsibilities

The GTM Insights & Analytics Manager will define and standardize core GTM performance metrics, establishing a ‘data dictionary’ of key filters, metrics, and terms for Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations data. They will ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems, champion data governance, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of revenue growth, design and maintain dashboards and reports, provide actionable insights to guide decision-making, and partner with GTM teams and Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and modeling.
