Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience. Expertise in SQL with a solid understanding of database design and modeling best practices is required, as is a strong perspective on analytics development cycle including data modeling, version control, documentation, and testing.

Responsibilities

The Analytics Engineer, GTM Analytics will architect, build, and manage foundational data models and key data pipelines in dbt, transforming raw logs into Source of Truth datasets. They will partner with Data Engineers to establish high data integrity standards through testing frameworks and SLAs, become an expert in organizational data models, understand stakeholder data needs, and independently lead initiatives to facilitate information gathering, documentation, and presentation of findings.
