Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, or equivalent roles, with a bonus for experience in a quota-carrying position. They must possess expertise in building and delivering impactful onboarding programs for quota-carrying positions in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with COM or additional sales methodologies and MEDDPICC qualification criteria is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using enablement technology, including Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and Knowledge Management Systems is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with a passion for learning and development and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

The GTM Enablement Manager will collaborate closely with Enablement and SDR leadership to execute a comprehensive onboarding program for SDRs. They will drive 30, 60, and 90-day SDR certifications, track onboarding effectiveness, and continuously improve new hire performance using data-driven insights. Regular needs assessments will be conducted to ensure onboarding content effectively supports new hire ramp milestones. The manager will create onboarding materials in collaboration with subject matter experts, maintain and update eLearning paths, identify and schedule specialized training sessions, monitor skill development, and manage individual development plans with the sales leadership team. Additionally, they will work with Revenue Ops partners to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness.
