Position Overview

At Linear, we are on a mission to create a new standard for modern software development by building tools that empower high-impact companies. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the go-to tool for high-performance product teams, known for its focus on fast execution and quality craftsmanship. As a fully remote company from the start, our diverse team is distributed across the US, Latin America, and Europe.

We are experiencing incredible growth and are now layering a sales motion onto our existing self-serve business to accelerate our ambitions. This role will focus on streamlining and scaling our sales operations and training programs. As a hybrid operations-and-enablement specialist, you will remove friction for our sales organization by owning critical systems and processes, from demo environments to onboarding curriculum, while collaborating cross-functionally to equip reps for success.

Please Note: We are an equal opportunity employer and remote-only company. At this time, we can only support hiring within the US for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own Sales Onboarding & Training Programs: Design and manage onboarding for new representatives, including building curriculum, coordinating live sessions, and tracking key ramp metrics. Maintain a scalable approach that evolves with the team.
  • Manage the Sales Demo Environment: Maintain realistic demo accounts that showcase key use cases, product features, and workflows across segments. Continuously improve the end-to-end demo experience.
  • Centralize and Maintain Internal Resources: Build and manage a central library of documentation, sales collateral, and competitive positioning. Ensure materials are current, discoverable, and aligned with product messaging.
  • Drive Go-To-Market Readiness for Product Launches: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to plan and execute sales enablement for new features, pricing changes, or positioning shifts. Deliver targeted training and materials.
  • Streamline Tooling, Processes, and Automation: Identify areas where sales representatives experience friction and leverage tools (including AI) to optimize workflows, such as email outreach, lead enrichment, reporting, or internal communications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in business operations or enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling onboarding and training programs.
  • AI-first mindset: Constantly look for opportunities to leverage AI and tooling to eliminate manual work, streamline processes, and enhance rep productivity across onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with an eye for process optimization and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating both documentation and live training sessions.
