The GST Territory Supervisor will promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within a designated area, building and strengthening relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals. They will pursue leads, assess customer needs, provide product services, conduct market research, implement market development plans, communicate customer feedback, and drive adoption of Medtronic's products and services. Additionally, they will differentiate themselves through autonomy, organizational impact, and innovation, influencing internal and external stakeholders regarding sales strategies and procedures.
