Responsibilities

  • Learn the RingCentral service capability for the Service Provider to a high technical and sales degree (to train others and support overlay sales opportunities)
  • Support partners on UCaaS & Contact Centre Sales Deals
  • Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Provider for enablement to sell RingCentral services
  • Create strategy for driving sellers within the Service Provider to create qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Train Service Providers on product, process, and solution in accordance with best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create programs and initiatives to drive awareness of RingCentral solutions
  • Provide day-to-day support for Service Provider to help them sell, implement, and support RingCentral’s services
  • Assist Service Providers with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work
  • Learn key competitor strategies, solutions, market knowledge, and industry data to demonstrate thought leadership
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation and support
  • Understand Service Providers' business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with supplier policies
  • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider
  • Help enable and assist other Service Provider sales overlay team members
  • Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for carrier Partners
  • Serve as internal Service Provider advocate to optimise external RingCentral team support
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows and seminars where required
  • Exceed revenue objectives
