Responsibilities
Learn the RingCentral service capability for the Service Provider to a high technical and sales degree (to train others and support overlay sales opportunities)
Support partners on UCaaS & Contact Centre Sales Deals
Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Provider for enablement to sell RingCentral services
Create strategy for driving sellers within the Service Provider to create qualified pipeline opportunities
Train Service Providers on product, process, and solution in accordance with best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to create programs and initiatives to drive awareness of RingCentral solutions
Provide day-to-day support for Service Provider to help them sell, implement, and support RingCentral’s services
Assist Service Providers with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work
Learn key competitor strategies, solutions, market knowledge, and industry data to demonstrate thought leadership
Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation and support
Understand Service Providers' business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with supplier policies
Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider
Help enable and assist other Service Provider sales overlay team members
Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for carrier Partners
Serve as internal Service Provider advocate to optimise external RingCentral team support
Participate in industry events such as trade shows and seminars where required
