Requirements

  • Ability to lead identification, design, development, and delivery of internal solutions to automate accounting partners management funnel and eliminate manual workflows
  • Skill in identifying high-impact problems within the accounting channel and crafting solutions that maximize value while minimizing operational costs
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Ops, Business teams, and Senior Management to drive value and innovation
  • Capability to lead development of a partner relationship management solution for third parties
  • Experience taking full ownership of a channel roadmap and working autonomously with diverse stakeholders (sales, marketers, PMs, country managers, senior leadership)
  • Hands-on skills: crafting POC solutions, manipulating data, creating AI agents, working with sales and channel managers, fixing operational issues

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the accountant channel roadmap, working autonomously with stakeholders including sales, marketers, PMs, country managers, and senior leadership
  • Be hands-on: craft POC solutions, manipulate data, create AI agents, work side by side with sales and channel managers, fix broken windows
