The Growth Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and development teams to execute strategic growth initiatives, owning SEO performance, leading CRO testing, and utilizing AI for personalization and user acquisition via the product-led growth funnel. About the Team

The Marketing team at Vidyard is a collaborative unit of demand generation experts, product marketers, content strategists, and growth specialists. Their focus is on attracting, converting, and engaging Vidyard's users. They are responsible for driving high-quality sign-ups, building demand across key personas, and enabling revenue growth through integrated programs and high-velocity experimentation. The team values customer insights, agile testing, and cross-functional collaboration, solving problems with data and creativity. Currently, the team is focused on scaling product-led acquisition, enhancing website personalization, and evolving lifecycle programs for improved retention and upsell.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Vidyard’s SEO strategy to increase qualified traffic and sign-ups from high-intent keywords and video-centric use cases.
  • Manage and enhance the Vidyard keyword universe, focusing on buyer intent and leveraging data on traffic, conversions, and search behavior.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and SEO agencies to guide editorial calendars and link-building strategies, ensuring best-in-class SEO practices.
  • Ensure Vidyard's search presence grows within the generative AI space.
  • Drive AI-powered personalization and content generation, including AI-generated landing page variants and dynamic CTAs.
  • Lead website and landing page optimization through A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates for sign-up, trial-to-paid, and demo flows.
  • Conduct in-depth funnel analysis using tools like Heap and Redshift to identify drop-off points and areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage an experimentation roadmap for prioritizing, testing, and measuring changes in the product-led funnel.
  • Build and optimize referral and affiliate programs to drive scalable acquisition through partner and user advocacy.
  • Support lifecycle campaign strategy by identifying product behaviors, user segments, and trigger points for activation, re-engagement, or upsell.
  • Partner with the Product team to explore gamification strategies that enhance user engagement and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • Define and monitor key growth KPIs, including organic traffic, visitor-to-sign-up rate, trial-to-paid rate, and experimentation velocity.
  • Create weekly dashboards and performance recaps to track acquisition results.
