Candidates should possess 3-to-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a background in the cryptocurrency space, and demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products. Strong knowledge of user personas and mapping tailored journeys for each is also required.
The Growth Marketing Hacker will partner with product and strategy teams to own the roadmap for the Exchange and main app verticals, develop value propositions, and lead on creative/copy positioning. They will manage go-to-market planning for feature launches, conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, analyze market trends, conduct user research, and design lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention. Furthermore, they will define KPIs, report performance using analytics tools, and adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts.
