Dapper Labs is focused on the intersection of blockchain and gaming. We’re building blockchain-based digital collectibles platforms like CryptoKitties, Disney Pinnacle, NBA Top Shot, and NFL All Day. This role involves a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll deploy to a global audience, pioneering new territories in blockchain and entertainment. The goal is to grow CryptoKitties, CryptoKitties: ALL THE ZEN!, Meowcoins, and upcoming ecosystem experiences into must-play, must-collect habits.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Experimentation: Model, test, and scale growth initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Build LTV, CAC, and payback dashboards; run experiments and make data-driven decisions.
  • Growth Hacking: Introduce bold growth hacks and gamified loops (airdrops, staking rewards, quests).
  • Full-Funnel Campaigns: Execute campaigns across SEO, paid, lifecycle, social, email, and web3 channels with acquisition, K-factor, and retention targets.
  • Segmentation: Tailor hooks for collectors, idle-game grinders, DeFi natives, and emerging niches.
  • Community Building: Create community flywheels through events, UGC, and influencer collaborations.
  • Content Creation: Brief creators, ship on-brand assets, and fuel every touchpoint.
  • Risk Management: Set kill metrics, identify exploits, and maintain momentum.
  • Market Research: Track trends, competitors, and player needs, feeding insights back to the product team.

Requirements

  • Experience: Strong experience launching engaging consumer initiatives (games, interactive apps, collectibles, web3 consumer products).
  • Data Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, retention curves, cohort math, and growth loops. Ability to use tools to extract insights and ask the right questions.
  • Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto and web3 marketing, including experience with NFTs, tokens, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Marketing Fundamentals: Strong marketing fundamentals, storytelling, and creative bias to action. Ability to write copy, wire tests, and launch quickly.
  • Strategic & Execution: Balance strategic long-term thinking with rapid execution and excellent cross-functional communication.
  • Creative & Lore Sensibility: Understanding of how marketing, technology, storytelling, business, product, and community combine to build experiences and nurture opportunities.
  • Ownership: Passionate about Dapper Labs’ mission and a self-starter with a founder mentality.
