Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Hacker will be responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy, user lifecycle, and product positioning for the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet, partnering with product and strategy teams to define roadmaps, messaging, and user personas. They will lead GTM for new features, coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, conduct user research, and drive growth and retention through lifecycle campaigns and incentive programs. Additionally, they will monitor performance, define KPIs, and report on campaign impact, working closely with analytics and product teams to iterate quickly.
