About the Role

As the Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for Injective’s products. You’ll be part of the Marketing Team, working closely with Product and Business Development teams to craft compelling narratives to promote the blockchain products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Injective’s products, appealing to both technical experts and general audiences.
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand and identify the value proposition of the product.
  • Conduct market research to position Injective’s products effectively, collaborating with Product and Business Development teams.
  • Define clear positioning, create compelling storytelling, and lead product launches.
  • Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans.
  • Translate technical concepts into engaging content across various marketing surfaces.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Engage with developers and crypto communities to build awareness and drive product adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Experience in the crypto space with a deep understanding of crypto culture, trends, and user behavior.
  • Experience launching, positioning, and scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies aligned with technical product features.
  • Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
