Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in Program Management
  • Proven experience as a program manager including client-facing program management
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications, data, or experience platforms
  • Experience using various project delivery methodologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues concisely

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs related to Adobe Digital Experience products (AEM, AEP, Target, Analytics, Campaign, Commerce etc.)
  • Work directly with customers to drive their Digital Experience design, development, and implementation using Adobe solutions
  • Work at multiple levels with Adobe consultants, customer leadership, Adobe Product Engineering team, and partners
  • Evaluate proposed solutions, assess risks, plan implementation, support delivery, and manage overall program success
  • Oversee delivery and acceptance of program scope as defined in the statement of work using consulting methodology (tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources)
  • Coordinate with core and field engineering teams as needed
  • Work with distributed teams across geographies, report program status to leadership, and manage internal/external stakeholder relations
  • Work closely with customer, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, milestones, and issues
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure teams are equipped to meet program goals
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and tools
  • Supervise program execution, proactively lead changes and risks, partner with teams for decisions, communication, alignment, and plan adjustments
  • Be a change agent: identify and implement ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to deliver value to customers
  • Lead sophisticated decision-making and problem-solving in a conclusive, confident, and timely manner
  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions for successful program delivery
  • Maintain a big-picture perspective in program status reports, executive briefings, governance artifacts, and communications
  • Build reports and partner with collaborators to understand objectives/goals and translate into program capabilities
  • Coordinate project delivery with key contributors to handle scope, prepare change requests (tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, costs)
