Responsibilities

  • Oversee the H&M account strategically, working closely with the client
  • Ensure delivery against account KPIs, growth, and performance targets
  • Maintain positive working relationships with client and team
  • Oversee in-market account management teams for successful campaign delivery across production and delivery functions
  • Act as senior point of contact for clients, building strategic operational plans
  • Balance client expectations with execution of creative work
  • Partner with regional client to deliver localized assets aligned with objectives and brand guidelines
  • Lead all forecasting efforts, collaborating with Regional Producer for successful delivery
  • Build partnerships that deliver added value to the client
  • Motivate direct team to excel and ensure effective communication to global level, aligning with objectives
  • Implement and oversee best practice processes with Regional Producer to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor risks, cultivate solution-oriented mindset, and address challenges proactively
  • Champion OLIVER strategic vision, drive account growth
  • Generate fresh thinking and relevant new ideas to add value to client's business
  • Ensure agency is at forefront of client's new initiatives, collaborating with senior team members for expertise exposure
  • Accountable for regional delivery of high-volume localized assets, working closely with Regional Producer
